- Analyze requirements or User Stories across products and applications to identify acceptance criteria, testing cases and test scenarios
- Tests software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards
- Provide feedback to lead tester and manager regarding development and process optimizations.
- Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle
- Write test documentation such as test cases, scenarios, create test data and identify defects within the software products
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Execute automated and manual test cases and provide pass or fail documentation using the standard tools utilized by the team.
- Provide individual status reports to the test lead and manager in the required frequency.
AI‑Related Responsibilities
- Leverage GenAI tools to assist in generating test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on user stories and requirements.
- Use AI‑enhanced test analysis tools to accelerate defect identification, pattern recognition, and root‑cause insights.
- Apply AI-driven exploratory testing assistants to uncover edge cases and UI/UX inconsistencies more efficiently.
- Utilize agentic AI systems to automate repetitive testing workflows, including test data generation, regression suite execution, and results summarization.
- Incorporate AI-powered tools to validate requirement coverage, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with expected product behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related fields
- 3-5 years experience using the full spectrum of software testing types on web based applications.
- Well experienced in ERP Software or similar product.
- Knowledge in web application UI models and how components interacts
- Strong in observing/analyzing issues and communicate issues with clear and precise description
- Demonstrable experience testing web applications, from unit to integration to front-end
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Understanding of Scrum and or other Agile methodologies a must
- Automation experience with coding background would be an advantage
AI‑Related Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools (e.g., GenAI for test generation, AI‑driven defect analysis, autonomous regression agents).
- Ability to craft effective prompts for generating test artifacts, test data, and documentation through GenAI systems.
- Understanding of how agentic AI workflows can enhance automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and regression validation.
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to interpret logs, identify anomalies, and improve speed/accuracy of triage.
- Ability to work with AI-augmented automation frameworks and integrate AI tools into existing QA practices.
