- Provide expert-level support to clients using Costpoint, addressing complex issues.
- Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assistclients with their inquiries and troubleshootingneeds.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Costpoint.
- Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with Deltek’s Costpoint or other Deltek ERP solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
