The Staff Consultant in the Deltek Consultant Development Program focuses on personal growth and becoming a better consultant. Participating in an onboarding boot camp in Herndon, VA, you’ll gain hands-on experience with Costpoint projects and complete a mock project.

Training includes design, configuration, testing of Costpoint, and consulting skills. Finally, you’ll shadow senior team members in real-world implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience accepted
  • Beginning to intermediate understanding of accounting principles or project cost accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • ERP software knowledge is not required but beneficial and consulting experience is not required but beneficial
  • Location: Herndon, VA area
  • Tavel: 80% once training is completed
    • US Citizenship is required for this role.
    • Please be advised that our company does not offer sponsorship for U.S. work visas.
