Deltek’s Customer Success Pathways Program trains early-career professionals for meaningful roles in Customer Success. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience, participants build the skills needed to support clients and deliver value.

This program prepares individuals for roles such as a Support Analyst, Training Specialist, Renewal & Growth Specialist, and Customer Success Manager, each dedicated to helping customers succeed throughout their journey.
