Product Manager – AI-First Products
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who naturally approaches problems with an AI-first mindset. This does not mean simply using ChatGPT or adding AI features to products. It means consistently asking:
- Can AI make Product Managers more productive?
- Can AI create a fundamentally better user experience than traditional software?
- Can emerging technologies unlock new business models or product opportunities?
The ideal candidate is highly curious, experiments with new technologies independently, and demonstrates a track record of using AI and automation to solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create measurable customer value.
- Evaluate build, buy, partner, and AI-enabled alternatives.
- Translate customer problems into product opportunities.
Product Delivery
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams.
- Define requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive prioritization based on customer and business outcomes.
- Measure product adoption, retention, and value realization.
AI & Technology Leadership
- Stay current with AI models, agents, automation platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI internally and externally.
- Champion experimentation and rapid learning.
- Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage and evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with technical teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled products and familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow automation, or machine learning concepts.
