Software Delivery & Release Management
Lead the planning and execution of software delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives. Facilitate release planning, status reviews, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution while providing clear communication to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Coordination
Coordinate globally distributed teams across Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and business functions to drive successful product releases and customer delivery outcomes. Foster accountability, collaboration, and strong communication across teams and stakeholders.
Product Partnership & Continuous Improvement
Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners on roadmap planning, prioritization, release readiness, and customer deployment support. Champion Agile delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, release governance, and team operations.

Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, software delivery lifecycle practices, and program management principles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting delivery status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in complex software delivery environments.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution and follow-through skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and capable of driving initiatives forward in fast-paced environments.

Ability to establish clear goals, align stakeholders, and hold teams accountable for delivery commitments.

Sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams, facilitate resolution of technical delivery challenges, and evaluate implementation risks and tradeoffs.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across teams and organizational levels.

Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and facilitating alignment across cross-functional groups.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex operational and technical challenges.
Experience & Education

7+ years of progressively responsible experience leading software delivery, release management, technical program management, or related functions within a software development organization.

Proven experience leading Agile software delivery initiatives in commercial software or SaaS environments.

Experience coordinating globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and regions.

Experience supporting cloud-based software development, deployment, or operational delivery environments preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
