The Engineering Launchpad Program is an innovative initiative by Deltek that equips recent engineering graduates with the skills needed to meet industry demands.

This program provides intensive technical and soft skills training, mentorship from industry veterans, and practical project experience. Its goal is to develop well-rounded engineering professionals ready to tackle today's complex challenges.

Program Requirements

·Individuals interested in the program should meet the following qualifications:
·Degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant experience
·A technology-oriented mindset
·A collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork and learning
·US Citizenship is required for this role.
·Please be advised that our company does not offer sponsorship for U.S. work visas.
