  • Develop software for the next generation of PPM products using .NET and web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CanJS, web services, C#, Vb.net leveraging AI-assisted code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development velocity and reduce boilerplate effort.
  • Undertake analysis, design, coding, and testing activities augmented by GenAI tools for intelligent requirements analysis, AI-assisted architecture design, and automated test case generation.
  • Develop software on time and to required quality standards by incorporating AI-powered code review assistants and automated quality checks into the development workflow.
  • Support the company’s development processes and guidelines — including code reviews, coding style, and unit testing — utilizing agentic AI tools to enforce standards, flag inconsistencies, and suggest improvements at scale.
  • Research and understand marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues, using GenAI to accelerate competitive analysis, synthesize market intelligence, and generate structured requirement summaries.

AI-First Mindset Requirement
This role requires embracing an AI-first approach to work, where GenAI and agentic AI tools are viewed as essential collaborators rather than optional supplements. We expect team members who naturally think in terms of AI-enhanced development workflows, proactively seek opportunities to integrate intelligent automation, and demonstrate curiosity about leveraging AI to solve complex engineering problems more efficiently.

The ideal candidate approaches challenges by first considering: “How can AI help me accomplish this faster and better?” — while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and reliability. This mindset includes being comfortable with rapid AI tool evolution, eager to experiment with new AI-powered development capabilities (such as AI code assistants, automated testing agents, and GenAI-based debugging tools), and committed to sharing AI-enhanced approaches with fellow engineers.

We value professionals who see AI as a productivity multiplier that enables focus on higher-value architectural and creative engineering work, rather than a replacement for deep technical expertise and sound engineering judgment.

1. Strong experience required in the following:

a. Web development using HTML5/JavaScript and CanJS technologies, with the ability to leverage AI code assistants for accelerated front-end development, intelligent component suggestions, and GenAI-assisted UI/UX prototyping.
b. C# and VB.NET development, with proficiency in using AI-powered IDEs and code generation tools to improve code quality, identify vulnerabilities, and streamline .NET development workflows.
c. REST API design and consumption, with experience using GenAI to generate API documentation, draft endpoint specifications, and automate API testing scenarios.
d. Creating and consuming web services, with the ability to use agentic AI tools to assist in service integration, automated contract testing, and intelligent error diagnosis.

2. Experience with the following is desirable:

  • ServiceStack, including familiarity with applying AI-assisted tooling to streamline service configuration and accelerate debugging of ServiceStack-based applications.

3. Experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including writing queries and stored procedures — enhanced by AI-powered SQL generation, query optimization suggestions, and automated schema documentation tools.
4. Experience developing enterprise business applications, with an AI-first mindset for applying intelligent automation to complex, large-scale system challenges.
5. Experience with Agile Development, including use of GenAI to assist in sprint planning support, automated user story refinement, and AI-enhanced retrospective analysis.
6. Strong analytical and debugging skills, complemented by the ability to leverage AI-powered debugging assistants and agentic root-cause analysis tools to resolve complex issues faster.
7. High level of commitment to developing high-quality software, demonstrated through proactive use of AI-assisted testing, static analysis, and automated code review tools to uphold and exceed quality benchmarks.
8. Strong desire to continually improve knowledge and skills through personal development activities — including staying current with evolving AI development tools, experimenting with new GenAI capabilities, and sharing AI-enhanced practices with the team.
9. Ability to work under tight deadlines, tolerate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities, using agentic AI tools to automate routine tasks, surface priorities intelligently, and maintain delivery momentum.
10. Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely — supported by GenAI writing assistants for drafting technical documentation, summarizing complex topics, and presenting information in accessible formats.
